Fallback is what happens when we show up in ways that don’t reflect who we want to be—not because we’ve failed, but because something deeply important feels at risk.
Ghost Light LIVE invites you into a reflective, communal exploration of these protective, constricted ways of being. You'll surface the inner characters who take the stage in moments of stress or challenge and begin to understand what they protect—and what they cost when not understood.
Through this work, you’ll gain tools to recognize, reflect, recover, and grow. You’ll come into deeper relationship with yourself, and build capacity to show up with greater intention, presence, and possibility.
